Students can request transcripts to be sent at any time. Transcripts should not be sent to UC's and CSU's in the application process unless they are requested by the institution. In June, seniors need to send their final high school transcript to the college or training program they plan to attend.

Transcripts can be ordered through Parchment at this link:

WHY IS MY ORDER ON HOLD? If your order is on hold, this means that the WHS Registrar placed your order on hold, and you should have received an email explaining why. Once the issue has been resolved, your order will be processed.

WHY DOES MY ORDER STILL SAY ‘ORDER SUBMITTED TO SCHOOL’? If your order status says ‘Order submitted to school’, this means that your transcript request has been sent to WHS, but that your transcript has not reviewed or processed yet. If your order has been in this status for more than a few days, you should speak to the WHS Registrar about it. Once your transcript arrives in the Parchment system, they will send it to the destination you provided.

WHY DOES STATUS SAY ‘DOWNLOAD CONFIRMED’ BUT THE SCHOOL I’M APPLYING TO DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ELECTRONIC TRANSCRIPT? If the status of the order says ‘Download Confirmed’, this means your transcript was delivered to the school’s Parchment account, and the WHS Registrar downloaded it. However, it can easily be downloaded again. You should contact the WHS Registrar and request that it be downloaded again.
